I found the recipe for Hungary Water in the Aromatherapy an A-Z, by Patricia Davis
- 4 drops of Rosemary oil
- 6 drops of lemon oil
- 2 drops of orange oil
- 5ml triple strength orange-flower water
- 5ml triple strength rosewater
- 40ml vodka
The book recommends it as a skin tonic or as a perfume.
